    Step 1

    熟面筋撕成块,炸至金黄色。Tear cooked gluten into pieces and deep fry until golden brown.

    Step 2

    爆香材料B,放入洗净的干草菇炒香。Saute ingredients B until fragrant,add in washed dried straw mushroom and stir-fry until fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入所有材料A炒香,再加调味料煮滚,慢火炆约45分钟,即成。Toss in all other ingredients, follow with seasoning, bring to boil and then simmer in low heat for 45 minutes,done.
